情侣去死去死团..

isn't valentine suppose to be a season for lovers to show appreciation and love to each other? Is n't valentine suppose to be warm and sweet?
but for a group of young people in Taiwan, valentine is another kind of story...

"qing lv qu shi tuan" (情侣去死去死团) which directly transalate into english would be "lovers go to die group" was formed last year to go against all lovers in d world. Consisting of young people both male and female, they are mainly singles who had once been hurted, rejected or avoided badly by those that they went after.

The name of d group was originated from a japanese comic where in that comic that was a group named "ai qing qu si qu si tuan"(爱请去死去死团). It started off with a group of online gamers who posted various topic on love in a forum and then, the idea to build a group/club that go cursing at lovers was formed.

The members will usually gather during xmas, valentine's day as well as the chinese valentine's day. During this celebration, they will parade around in the busiest city with posters, banners, flyers and so on to show their demonstration against lovers. Then, they'l go around posting like ultraman with both hands crossed and "buzzzz" at lovers in hope to break them off.They too will take turns to shake hands with lovers and wishes them "'qing ren jie kuai le, zhu ni zao ri fen sou"(请人节快乐, 祝你早日分手) -Happy valentine and may you'l break off soon-

damn,they even have their own anthem, t-shirt, club id, tissues and so on. Their reasons to do so?

- to avoid youngsters that has hurted/rejected to do stupid stunts like commit suicide. The club will then be a place for them to share their sadness and dissapointment.
- to provide a place for the members to take "revenge".
- n etc etc etc..
