ReplyDeleteOne day, come out, wear heels, we go shopping from 11 til 7.
After exercising, we go buffet steamboat, then continue with Flaming Lamborghini. OK!
Diet cannot always punish yourself (e.g: witholding food, etc). Must reward a bit also, so after shopping exercise with heels (burn more calories), we go makan cukup cukup and drriiiinnkkk!!
Good plan or what?! I think it's brilliant! =oD
sa: mahjong, watch movie,shopping, paintball, skiing, rollerblading, skating, swimming...bila ceh???
