was checking my mail after leaving it for so long during the semester break, i came across a reply from Flamingo International College.
remembering how many mails i've sent out on behalf of my younger bro last 2 weeks to search for course information..yes, only one college replied.Not only do they answer my questions, yes they too had kindly attached the course's fees, course duration, course structure, additional information like Uniform (Front Office & Chef), Knives Set, Boots / Safety Shoes, Meal Voucher and etc etc along. now that's what i call good customer service..

what happen to the rest of the colleges? don't they have the admin ppl to handle such enquires..duh...talk about better customer service..u know it's not easy for ppl who stay far away from those colleges to come right to the front door to ask for information k. Internet is suppose to 'connect' d world..
so thumb up for Flamingo International College and yes tis post is specially for them cox the rest of the ppl refuse to REPLY! ;p
