no more paper dolls?

found tis website which provide pretty cute dolls for us to dress up...it's a pretty neat place for us to play around when life gets too boring..u know how v use to play those paper dolls tat v can dress them out by cutting those clothes or dresses tat were ready made or we drew them ourselves..remember? i think it cost us bout 20cent per piece of clothes( ?)..sometimes they come wit shoes n handbags as well...but no earings la..

tis is almost d same..it jus tat it is much more high tech wit less glu n paper mess..there r quite a num of such websites but since i had accidentally came across tis website..i think it is faithed tat i shall find my favourite dolls here....do drop by to hav some fun.. :) i have mine....

Was in d bus bk from uni jus now, n we were chatting about how I had once went to a 看命人life teller(out of curiosity) to c wat was my past life n wat wil b good in this life n how my future life would b (三生书)…then, tat is when ping asked me a question..

Ping= “do u think, yr past life, n yr present r living in year 2005 as u r now?”

I was like “ huh?”

Ping= “ I mean in 2005, but diff in time(as in pm/am) n diff dimension空间?”

Ping= “perhaps d time could b d same, but yr past is a diff (looks, gender, age) person but he/she is in 2005 of other dimension”

“Wait a min..i’m lost…”

Then he continued “do u think yr past is who r u now but in diff dimension, like a mirror, when u looked into it, u r actually looking at yr past”

I= “HUH???!!!! Man r u telling me tat all these while I’m living wit my past every morning, d one who’s in d mirror is my past???!!!!! Damn it creeps!!!!!”

Then we go on n on n on..i was insisting for him to give me a very clearer pic of wat he is thinking at tat time..

I= "can’t be cox when ppl say past, it means tat u r dead probably during d Qing dynasty or during d 60’s then u became who u r today..then when u die in tis life..u wil b who u r in future..”

Ping= “that’s y…….ppl hav d same concept like yrs…..time plays a factor as in past, present, future….but no one ever thought tat who knows u r actually in 3 diff dimension..3 of u r at age of 22, living in year 2005, doing perhaps d same/diff thing..”

limei's wedding was truly a very memorable day.. it was a very special day for limei(juvian),her hubby andy n her family..N it was too a pretty special day for everyone of us....

everyone came in white as wat juv had requested to hav a white wedding yet she herself was in blue..lol...BUT SHE LOOKED TERRIFIC....hehehehe it was a very sweet n fun nite ...we took A LOT LOT of pics... din manage to get all bk yet cox it's pretty hard to trace everyone hehehe...

my bf has difficulties speaking in english, mainly bcox he's from a chinese edu bkground..plus, like i say, he's pratically a CHINESE..not only tat, he has a hard time getting d tongue twist especially when he tries to pronouce d 'R' word..
words like : words, frog, green, grass..etc etc etc..

i always found tat funny especially when he gets mad hahahahahah today i make him say d word sms sms sms sms sms sms continuously for several times. Unsatisfied cox i haven heard any mistakes from tat, then i asked him to say sfx sfx sfx sfx sfx sfx sfx non-stop...still he did it without flaw wherelse i hav prob maintaining it without a pause in btween each sfx..

then he was laughing at me n imitating my look when i pause n pause while struggling wit my sfx...

then we decided to quit d game n was toking bout nonsense when suddenly he started telling me about "crazy frog" u know, d "ding ding song" tat's been playing around recently..."crazy frog" is d main actor in d mtv..then i recall yes, he has difficulties in pronoucing d r word..

hahahahahhahahaha so i made him say " this frog is green in colour.."
and he ended up saying " this fog is geen in colou" muahahahahahaha

petaling street kopitiam..

v r currently setting up a website for petaling street or better known as 'chu cheong kai' as part of our project for d new sem..so v've been there for 2 days searching up n down for places of good foods n (cheap pirated hehehe) goodies to buy...

i've been asking around for nice places to celebrate my old fashion bf's bday....to all those tat've kindly entertained me through msn, thank kew ya!! in petaling street, i've finally found my chinese-style-budget-rite restaurant hehehe

it is actually a very modern coffee shop which serve d old type of kaya toast and of cox d bitter sweet coffee taste n aroma.. they hav all kinds of toasts varied from kaya to peanut...as for d coffee, u'l b able to find coffee like "white coffee", "xi mut coffee( num-5)" besides "kopi-o(num-4)", "teh-o" and others..

of cox besides tat, they too serve food like curry chicken rice (recommended-num1), tomyam(num-2),nasi lemak old town(num-3) and nasi ayam...but, i guess their main unit selling point would b their coffee and toast bcox apart from wat i've mentioned above, they dun actually hav much of anything else to offer......but nevertheless, d service and d atmosphere of d restaurant indeed is a bonus to those who enjoy nice, old feeling of kopitiam..(wit a touch of modern design tat is..)

besides, the price is relatively alrite considering d portion and d good taste of food tat they served.... :)

p/s: tis is wat i saw at petaling street b4 i leave for d day...ehm....

" goat's heart beard"

as mentioned in one of my post tat my wisdom tooth happens to give me headache n all kinds of other aches as well as a fever in d middle of d exam..
so mum asked me to buy a sort of chinese herbs called "yong sam sou" literally translated to english..it is call " goat's heart beard"



had it for bout 3 days...morning right after i woke up n night bfore i went to sleep ..n tada!!!i lost d pain in jus 2 days..amazing..

i think it was d heat in d body(bcox of d bad weather, lack of sleep,and tension from exam) tat caused d pain..it happened tat tis herb helped to cool down d body..

so next time, it would b good to hav it ready for yrself n yr darling/honey/dear/baby/love pie/sweetheart n so on when d weather turns bad..

very simple, jus leave it in a cup with boiled water for bout 20 mins n they r ready to b consume..cheers~

p/s: sa if u r reading tis, remember i suggested to u to do smthg for yr hub since he work too hard..man tis is way easy.. dun think u'l b able to burn d kitchen down ! muahahahahahaha

i am one who shed tears easily....though sometimes it is of a very small reason...
but d thing is i dun usuallly cry as in crying my heart out....

i remember once i watched a movie named "fly me to polaris" staring richie ren and cecilia cheung bk in my secondary sch years..i cried very badly..it is a movie tat i'l always recommend even until today...since then, i can't really recall any other movie tat not only made me weep but cry too......till yesterday...

some ppl might find d movie to b very normal typical romance movie.....some might think it is a very good movie...others might hav different opinions...as for me..i really like it..

i like d story itself a lot....

i started weeping from d beginning n ended up crying through d whole movie til d very end..i went wit my frens (chris,pyee, wenzi) n they dun understand y did i cried so badly....
no one will understand in fact....only ping...

i told him d story last nite when i came bk n as i were telling him..tears starts rolling down my cheeks...he knew d reasons behind y i like the movie so much... :)

chloe once said tat i am a very sensitive person..( "你好感性....")...yes, i am....

i strongly recommend tis movie to you..but as i've mentioned above..u wil not understadn y i cried so badly.... :)

turtles went mad..

i was about to sleep when i decide to take a look at my 'Thursday' n 'Friday'..yep, tat's d name of my turtles...

when i went near d tank, instead of hiding their head in their shell (like they always do), they were stepping on each other n tilting their head high up above d water surface..n d geli-est part was tat, they actually reached out for my hand( tat's holding d turtles pellet) til their neck was bout 2-3cm away from their shell..trust me..u know, they try damn hard to get near to me or rather d food in my hand..

then i thought "wow, they must b hungry.." they've never acted in such a way b4...then once d pellets r in d water, u can see them eating as though they haven eaten since d last time i went to toilet??..anyway..

they were gulping instead of biting gently on d pellet n Friday(d darker shade turtle) almost chocked itelf, n can see tat d pellet is way too big for its tiny mouth n yet it tries to gulp it! Friday was swimming frantically tat i almost wish to put in my finger n help it to get d pellet out from its mouth..luckily i didn't cox it managed to release itself..or else, my aloe-vera-fragrant-lotion finger would b their supper....

then, i actually saw Thursday n Friday tried to bite each other when a pellet happens to come in between both of them..My GOD! i was so shocked...i mean..turtles r like so gentle, slow, harmless,(cox they r afraid of u more than u r towards them)..then, like they r not afraid to b alone...n etc etc....but man..they were so wild jus a moment ago!!!!!! how do u expect me to believe u turtles again???? *puzzled*

now they've stop eating... they start to act like usual..calm n static..i mean they can remain in d same pose for quite some time n....harmless again..

p/s: don't think i'l ever bath them with my fingers near them again....i'l jus hav to figure out a way.. *limei: how do u bath yr turtle??*

some ppl r having a pc fair at MC(millenium court) today..i wonder where do they hav d space for them to set uo all their booths n displaying their stuffs..i dun care cox...

d main prob is, they've been blasting those non-stop-old-remix-lala-heavy-bass songs since 9am this morning...when i say blast..i really mean by BLAST!!!damn!

worse stil, my room is exactly opposite to d building where d hi-fi facing....duh, it's saturday, can't u jus let me hav a good sleep? they've been making annoucement to ask d residents to visit d fair at least 20 times since they started d thing..so imagine, guess not many actually pay them a visit....
plus, d guy that's making d annoucement, obviously, he's reading his annoucement rather than annoucing it..he sounds more like a primary student trying to read than an actual dj...

u know, there's a fine line bwteen captivated n irritated..

by blasting d hi-fi since morning, damn tat sure irritating...it's not very "yau yeng" k..
by having a dj tat sounds so liveless...man, if u dun sounds exciting yrself, how am i gonna feel curious enough to find out wat so exciting about d fair?

two small reasons is enough for me to say bye bye to d fair...

these r d sushi i made during d holiday..
u need:

3 cups of normal rice, mixed wit 1 cup of "chu bi" (not sure wat is it called in english..u know d type of sticky rice tat ppl used to cook rice dumpling..

3 VS 1or u can simply use japanese rice tat u can get from d hypermarket
vineger
sugar
mayo
seaweed
sesame
hotdog
crabsticks
carrot, cucumber
eggs (fried wit sugar)
others tat u might like to add

first, get ready all d ingredient by cooking d hotdog, crabsticks, fried d eggs,cut d cucumber n carrot into slices....then once d rice is cooked, put in d vineger,sugar n mayo..mixed it well til u can taste d sour sweet taste.....


then spread d rice evenly on top of d seaweed, then put d cucumebr n carrot/hotdog/crabsticks/egg on top of it like below..



another method is by spreading d rice on d roller b4 placing d seaweed, then yr rice will appeared outside instead of inside d seaweed..then u can dip it wit sesame on d outside..
remember to hold d roller firmly..

canmy's bday!!

not knowing how to react..afterall it's been years ever since i see them again..(except for sa,limei,von,lihua,yenyen..)..not knowing if there will be gap when we finally meet at canmy's birthday party..

i haven seen canmy since (she went to australia to study after f5),chia (last seen would b after f5 2), yanhui(man, we hav lost contact for so long~~v used to write letters even during my f6)...laiyi(v met only during cny...)..n others which r canmy's guy frens whom i'm not familiar with except a few of them..

so d thrill n uncertain feeling was there(yes, slap me if u wan..but hey, pretty scary k..hehehe) ...but at last i went cox i KNOW I WANNA MEET WIT THEM.. n deep down..i miss them too :)

fried mouse noodles..

its kinda boring staying at home n hav nthg to do..i dun hav a comp at home so its kinda sucks when u wish u could at least do something...i mean my thesis..anyway
b4 d holidays, i'l usuallly have tons of things to do,places to go, things to eat hehehe n etc etc..but when d holidays finally came..i never manage to do anything but to laze in front of d tv whole day through...haih...shit i am so gonna gain weight..hehehe
but at least i manage to do some cooking hehehehe...


-d ingredient,sausages,fishcake n meatballs, crab sticks,some mincemeat,oyster sauce,soya sauce,mouse noodle...etc etc (ajinamoto a, sugar,salt,pepper...)
-first, u hav to cook d noodle b4 u fried it...let it boil for about 4 mins..



put in d mincemeat, then add in d black soya sauce,oyster sauce, a little bit of salt n some sugar..
fry it well...then put in d sausages, fish cakes, meat balls...then after a while put in d crabsticks..
then stir it well b4 u put in d noodle n while u fry, add in some water so tat yr noodle will not turn out to b too dry...add some black soya sauce if u want it to b darker in colour...
taste it n c if u need to add in anything else...
there u go...d fried mouse noodle hehehehe
as for d vege...sorry ya, u hav to ask my mum hehehehe

i voted for daniel..though part of me wish nita to win but i hav to say, daniel has a very special kind of attraction, when he sings, u can see that he is giving his best..that's wat i liked about him d most.....he's not very handsome i would say, but somehow, i like to listen to him....his style n nita's style is very different..i personally think both of them r equally good in a different way....n i jus felt sorry when ppl started calling in during the live press conference asked or rather questioned d victory tat daniel has won..i mean, come on..he has jus being annouced as winner n yet he hasn't even calmed himself down...people started shooting him(indirectly) wit ques like "nita, how do u feel that u hav lost to popularity instead of talent?"..next one was "daniel, since yr fans r mainly small girls ages 15 n below, how do u feel?"..

i mean, though yes alot of girls might really liked him but 1.2 million of votes..dun tell me it's all from young girls(i'm not a young girl myself..) no matter wat was d results i think both of them r good..then y question?y can't ppl jus b happy for both of them? funny....

to daniel..congratulation n to nita..congratulation too.. u both hav been great!!

darling bought me 2 pieces of COFFEE BEAN cakes today, a chocolate cake n a cheese cake....yum yum..
