fried mouse noodles..

its kinda boring staying at home n hav nthg to do..i dun hav a comp at home so its kinda sucks when u wish u could at least do something...i mean my thesis..anyway
b4 d holidays, i'l usuallly have tons of things to do,places to go, things to eat hehehe n etc etc..but when d holidays finally came..i never manage to do anything but to laze in front of d tv whole day through...haih...shit i am so gonna gain weight..hehehe
but at least i manage to do some cooking hehehehe...


-d ingredient,sausages,fishcake n meatballs, crab sticks,some mincemeat,oyster sauce,soya sauce,mouse noodle...etc etc (ajinamoto a, sugar,salt,pepper...)
-first, u hav to cook d noodle b4 u fried it...let it boil for about 4 mins..



put in d mincemeat, then add in d black soya sauce,oyster sauce, a little bit of salt n some sugar..
fry it well...then put in d sausages, fish cakes, meat balls...then after a while put in d crabsticks..
then stir it well b4 u put in d noodle n while u fry, add in some water so tat yr noodle will not turn out to b too dry...add some black soya sauce if u want it to b darker in colour...
taste it n c if u need to add in anything else...
there u go...d fried mouse noodle hehehehe
as for d vege...sorry ya, u hav to ask my mum hehehehe

well, we had an early crazy lantern festival celebration last nite with a bunch of crazy fellows..sa, keanaik,greeny,halston(man, he is damn funny),gilbert,kenny,bali,alan,wooichiat n his gf(soli, din manage to get her name) ping n myself n i hope i din missed out anyone..hehehe

went out wit a bunch of girls last nite..it was memorable..we haven seen each other for some time n guess wat really excited me is to c limei n her hubby, afterall tis s d first time we're seeing her after her marriage..she's d first one among our frens to get married... CONGRATULATION!!!

we were very noisy i would say n seriously, when u hav a bunch of 8 girls standing together n started toking....man,u jus can't imagine d noise..moreover, trust me, girls from girls sch...really...anyway, v had a good time though it was jus a short moment of few hours..had a good dance wit limei(v very hiao la!!), shirley n von( fuhsai,first time c-ing these 2 scorpio girls dance~hotnia~~~)

gosh....i had d worst battle for d first time in my whole uni life..in fact it was really like a real WAR in d exam hall....everybody was rushing against d time...

wasai imagine, v have to draw six advertisements and write one radio advertisement in jus 2 hours including the strategy statements (which consists of 7 main questions about who is your target audience, what is the big idea for your campaign, what's the tone of the advertisment and so on-ALL THESE need ELABORATION n EXPLANATION!! fuh~)

Besides, for each ad, v r require to write a piece of copysheet( a brief on the use of headline, slogan, visual, bodycopy and rationale for tat particular headline/visual/slogan)..haih..damn v hav to colour d ad still.....

fail to finish section b's ques (i left out d radio ad) cox i simply dun hav d time not too mention drawing n cracking brain for ideas..

q1. is about OLAY-v hav to do an ad campaign for tat..
q2. is about travel agency/an established cheese company- i picked d travel agency ad
